Dear agency force members,
Thank you for attending our second QLPC which was all the more meaningful because it was the first gathering of our agency force following our successful Single License integration. As you heard yesterday, there are exciting plans in the pipeline to continue to evolve our service delivery platforms, not just for our customers, but also to ensure that we continue to support you in the best way possible so you can conduct your business efficiently.
My Team and I appreciate the feedback we have received from our agency members in the last two weeks and we are fully cognizant that there are still some teething problems that need to be addressed. I thank you for your patience and assure you that resolving these problems are top priority for us now as we want to minimise any inconvenience to you.
To help deepen your knowledge and understanding of iPoS and how it can help you enhance your business, we will be conducting additional training sessions starting 5 July. We will have over 55 training sessions for both product and iPoS through the month of July.The training will cover navigation short cuts and other usage tips as well as product training and information, especially for some of our best-selling plans under the investment-linked and medical categories.
The training schedule for July and August is attached here for your reference.
Another aspect we will be looking into whilst the training is progressing is to review our products to close any gaps and make appropriate changes following the feedback obtained from you. This too will be a top priority.
We truly believe that iPoS is the wave of the future and is the game-changer that will help us to leapfrog ahead of our competitors if we exploit its competitive advantages wisely. It is for this reason that I stress the importance of each member of our agency force getting on board iPoS.
Let us now focus on working together to capitalise on the strengths the integration of the two companies has yielded us. I reiterate that we hear and understand the current challenges and we will do everything possible to support you through the coming weeks and months.
